Inner conflicts as a path to totality - SMI Graduate Meeting - May 3

About the workshop

This one-day workshop explores how inner conflict pulls awareness away from Being – and how resolving it allows awareness to rest in presence.

You will learn to recognise how levels of identification and repression can make inner conflict appear in four distinct ways in your moment-to-moment experience (Doubter, Ascetic, Crusader, and Shapeshifter), and how to work with each of these.

Resolving inner conflict has multiple benefits, including reducing self-sabotage, self-criticism and feelings of paralysis. Furthermore, while working with individual personality parts can help us become aware of individual aspects of Being, working with conflicting parts can open awareness to combined aspects of Being, allowing a more total experience of Being and wholeness.

Date and time: Sun, May 3, 10:00 – 17:00 CET (7h) / 9 am - 4 pm UK time
