Products
Sensing Mind Institute sells books, online courses, one-to-one sessions, and education for therapists.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Danish Crowns with VAT included in the price when applicable. In the shopping cart, the total price is displayed, including all charges, VAT, and shipping.
Payment conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on your payment method. Shipping conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on your choice of shipping method.
We offer our customers to pay directly online with card payments. No extra card fees will be charged. We keep the right to deny the purchase if the card is not valid or if the amount required is not available for debit. You can use Visa and Mastercard.
To ensure your safety when shopping at Sensing Mind Institute, we use Stripe for processing card payments. Stripe guarantees fast and safe payments. All information about your payment is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) when transferred over to Stripe. Your card details will not be registered or saved by Sensing Mind Institute. If you are younger than 18 years old, you need to have your guardians’ permission to shop at Sensing Mind Institute.
Deliveries
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the different shipping options. If a product has a different delivery time it will be stated in the product description.
When we send your order from our warehouse you will receive an email that informs you that the order has been shipped.
Shipping methods and delivery times
Physical products are sent within Denmark as traceable letters and internationally as letters. Products are sent using PostNord. Within Denmark, products are expected to arrive within a week. In the rest of the world, products are expected to arrive within two weeks.
Shipping Responsibility
We take responsibility for products that have been damaged when shipped to you. It is important that you take a photo of the damaged goods when you receive them and instantly make a complaint at your post office. We also take responsibility for products that are lost under shipping. If you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact us.
When you return a product to us, you are responsible for the goods. You must handle the product with care and make sure both the product and any original packing will not be damaged when shipped back to us. If the product is damaged or lost during the return shipping, we will not give a refund.
Cancellation of Purchase, Physical Products
You can cancel a purchase of a physical product without any cost if you do so before the product has been sent. If you cancel after the product has been sent, you may return the product (see the return policy below).
Return Policy for Physical Products
To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. You will have to pay for return shipping yourself and the money paid for the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation and Return Policy for Online Courses
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases of online courses made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
After 30 days, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days and issued using the same payment method used for the initial booking.

Cancellation and Return Policy for Sessions
1. Cancellation notice
We kindly request that clients provide a minimum of one week's notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of one-to-one therapy sessions. This notice allows us to offer the session time to other clients who may be in need.
2. Cancellation fees
Cancellations made more than one week in advance of the scheduled session will be subject to an administration fee of 10% of the session's cost. The remaining amount will be refunded to the client.
Cancellations made less than one week before the scheduled session will result in the full session fee being retained.
We understand that unforeseen emergencies and exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will assess cancellations on an individual basis and may offer flexibility regarding the cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation process
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. You can find our contact information on our website.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, they will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, the full session fee will be retained, and the session will not be rescheduled automatically

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days and issued using the same payment method used for the initial booking.
Please understand that our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that our therapists can effectively manage their schedules and provide consistent and reliable services to all our clients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Cancellation and Return Policy for Education
To ensure the effective management of our limited class size and the best educational environment for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Enrollment Commitment:
By enrolling in our one-year live online education, participants commit to attending and actively participating in the program for its full duration.
2. Cancellation Requests:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@sensingmind.com
3. Refund Schedule:
Cancellation requests received no later than 30 days before the program starts date will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of 10%.
Cancellation requests received within 30 days before the program starts date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
Cancellation requests received after the program starts will not be eligible for a refund. The full course fee will be retained.
4. Transfer of Enrolment:
Participants may request to transfer their enrolment to a future offering of the same program if they are unable to continue for reasons such as medical issues or other extenuating circumstances. The transfer request must be submitted in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Participant Replacement:
Participants may request to replace themselves with another eligible individual before the program starts. The replacement request must be submitted in writing and is subject to approval by the Sensing Mind Institute. Additional fees may apply for participant replacements.
Participant replacement is not possible after the program has started.
6. Outstanding Payments:
Participants who have outstanding payments for the program will be required to settle any unpaid fees before any refunds or transfers are processed.
7. Non-Attendance:
Failure to attend or participate in the program without prior notice will not constitute a cancellation or result in a refund.
8. Refund Processing:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days and issued using the same payment method used for the initial enrollment.
Please be aware that our live online education program has a limited number of participants, and this cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and effective management of the class size. We encourage participants to commit to the full program to maximize their learning experience.

Repayment obligation
Physical products: If you have used your right to withdraw. We shall pay you back the amount you spent on the product. We will pay you back as soon as possible or at the latest, 30 days from when we receive the product back. You will need to pay for the return shipping. We will pay for the shipping of replacement products.

Complaints
If you want to make a complaint, you can contact us at info@sensing.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem and pictures if applicable. Complaints need to be filed as soon as possible after the issue has been discovered.
Force Majeure
We consider ourselves released from fulfilling our obligations in this agreement if there is a change in legislation, governmental action, conflict at the labour market, fire, flooding, war, terrorism, sabotage, an accident of bigger proportions or similar events.
