Transforming Self-Criticism (intro course)

Self-criticism is what you experience when you see certain naturally occurring thoughts, emotions and behaviours in yourself as a problem to be solved, as something bad to be controlled, or as something shameful to be hidden. 

Self-criticism can undermine your self-confidence and create inner paralysis that prevents you from achieving your true goals in life. 

Learning to deal constructively with self-criticism is key to any personal and spiritual development as it will make such development much easier, more enjoyable, and more rewarding.

In this online course, you will learn:

  • to transform self-criticism into an empathetic understanding of yourself and others
