About the workshop
Many problems we face in life are created by how we think about ourselves and others. In this workshop, you will be introduced to a range of tools you can use to detect and challenge patterns of thoughts and emotions that produce unnecessary problems in your life. This half-day workshop is an introduction to the 5 Knots and Being-Centered Therapy.
